Each cabochon is pictured showing front and back sides, and shown next to a 1" stone to visually indicate the approximate size of the cabochon.
Fordite is a by-product of the manufacturing/painting process and can be collected from many places including automobile manufacturers, surfboard paint facilities, and ship maintenance yards. These fordite cabochons were created with 1960s Vintage Ford Fordite harvested in 2019 from a Ford painting facility in the metro Detroit area prior to the facility being demolished.
